Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. These changes shall become effective as of the date of publication which is available at "Last updated" section of this Policy located at the top of the first page. 

3. RECORDINGS AND CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

The Services may enable you to record audio, including conversations, meetings, or surrounding sounds, and to upload existing recordings. You understand and acknowledge that recording another person without their knowledge or permission may be illegal in many jurisdictions. Notification and consent requirements differ across locations and contexts. Before initiating any recording, you must obtain clear, affirmative, and unambiguous consent from every individual who will be captured in the recording. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the recording, notice, and consent obligations under all applicable laws. We expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability arising from your failure to obtain legally required consent, provide notices, or comply with recording laws.

You remain solely responsible for all audio, files, text, transcripts, and other content you record, upload, or generate through the Services. You represent that you own or have the legal right to use and process all such content. We do not review or verify content for legality, accuracy, or completeness.

4. PROHIBITION ON RECORDING MINORS

The Services are intended exclusively for use by adults. You must not record, upload, or otherwise process any audio containing the voice of individuals under 18 years old. We reserve the right to delete any content that appears to involve minors and may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activity.

5. PROHIBITED AND UNLAWFUL USE

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes, without limitation:

• Recording, uploading, or transcribing content related to illegal activities.

• Recording in locations where audio capture is prohibited by law (e.g., courts, secure facilities).

• Recording individuals without permission where required by law.

You must not use the Services to harass, exploit, intimidate, or violate the rights of others, including privacy, data protection, or intellectual property rights and You must not use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with other users’ access.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND REPORTING

We may monitor use of the Service for compliance with this Policy, including automated monitoring for prohibited content. We may remove any content that violates this Policy and may suspend or terminate your account for any breach. If you believe someone is using the Services in violation of this Policy, please report it to us at support@allscriber.com
